Our standard cleaning rate start in 45FR per hour. 
This included taxes, insurance, and regular cleaning products. 
We also bring our own cleaning rugs, so you don’t have to worry about washing them after the cleaning.

In some areas, we may charge a fixed travel fee of CHF 20. If applicable, this will always be communicated and confirmed with you during our initial conversation before any booking is made. We believe in complete transparency, so there are no unexpected charges.

No, you don’t have to tidy up before we arrive! We understand that you’re reaching out for help because cleaning might already feel overwhelming, and that’s exactly why we’re here. Our team is trained to handle everything as is, so there’s no need to stress about pre-cleaning or organizing. Just sit back, relax, and let us take care of the mess—no judgment, no hassle, just a spotless space by the time we’re done!

Please note, though, that tidying and cleaning takes more time than “only” cleaning.

 Minimum booking time is two hours.

Our service hours vary depending on the service requested, we have daytime hours or even 24-hour service (e.g., ex parents weekend)

For the cleaning service the service hours are monday to friday between 08:00 am and 6:30 pm and Saturdays between 07:00 am and 1:00 pm (prior reservation)

Yes, we are available on saturdays by prior reservation.

We are closed on Sundays.

At the moment, we accept payment with qr code and twint. 
You’ll receive a monthly invoice, payable within 7 days (for regular services) , For occasional services, the invoice will be issued on the day of the service and must be paid within 7 days.
