Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are in place where required; data is stored in Switzerland or the EU or otherwise protected in line with FADP/GDPR requirements.
8) Sharing your Data
We share personal data only where necessary and lawful:
- Processors (service providers) — as listed in section 7 (e.g., Google Workspace, Ionos/Craft CMS, WhatsApp, cookieless analytics), acting on our instructions under DPAs.
- Professional advisors — accountant, legal counsel, IT/security (confidentiality-bound).
- Legal obligations & protection of rights — where required by law/court/authority, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, prevent fraud, or ensure IT/physical security.
- Business transfers — in case of reorganisation, merger, or asset deal, data may be transferred to the acquiring entity under appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their independent marketing. Any international transfers outside Switzerland/EU/EEA occur only with adequate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) and in line with FADP/GDPR.
9) Data Web Analytics (cookieless, no cookies used)
We use privacy-friendly analytics without cookies or similar tracking technologies and without persistent identifiers; only aggregated, non-identifying usage metrics are processed. Our website does not set any cookies. No cross-site or advertising tracking takes place. As no storage/access on user devices occurs, no consent banner is required.
If in the future we introduce technologies that rely on cookies or identifiers, we will implement prior consent and update this Policy.
10) Data Storage Locations
- Secure cloud servers of the above providers
- Local devices (e.g., smartphones) when apps are used offline
- Contact form entries in the Craft CMS backend
11) Data Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g., 10 years for invoices under Swiss law).
