Janete Duarte is the visionary founder and managing director of Janete Care Services GmbH. With a deep understanding of family needs, Janete has built a team dedicated to providing exceptional care and support. Her leadership ensures that every service reflects our commitment to quality and personalized attention.

She is a Portuguese mother of two children.

In Portugal, she studied Law, but after some time she decided to take a new direction in life and moved to Switzerland to pursue a completely different career in hospitality.

She began her professional journey in Weggis at the Chenot Palace Hotel, where she worked as part of the housekeeping team. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail.

Following this experience, she chose to focus exclusively on supporting private families. Over the years, she has developed her skills in various roles, starting as a cleaner and nanny and progressing to the position of House Manager. To provide the highest level of service, she has completed specialised training in these areas and continues to invest in her professional development.

As a mother herself, she understands how challenging it can be to balance work, family responsibilities, and personal time. This understanding inspired her to dedicate her career to helping families manage their homes and daily routines. Her goal is to provide practical support that allows clients to spend more time with their loved ones, focus on what matters most, or simply enjoy a well-deserved break from the demands of everyday life.
